Bringing luxury homes to Southeast Asia.
SavES real estate approached us to create a brand identity and website from the ground up to sell luxury homes from Southeast Asia to foreign investors. They focused on building and selling luxury homes and communities in popular resort destinations. We had to create a brand that was internationally facing while still keeping the roots of the origin country apparent.
The Branding: Internationally Ubiquitous
The symbol of a home in every culture.
We wanted to use the symbol of home in the brand identity to show without words the meaning of home to anyone in any country. We incorporated the origin country’s cultural patterns into the shape of the logo to add a unique flair to the home icon logo. The red and yellow is also prevalent in the origin country’s colors and in their clothing patterns.
The Site: Data Oriented
For the website we created a database management system that created web pages for each property listing based on the template provided by the client. We wanted to drive all site traffic to the property pages, which became our biggest priority. The site had to be updated effortlessly, so we created an easy to input data entry system that anyone could learn in a day to input new properties.
